  Selected Bistro ingredients topped on slices of our fresh semmel rolls. Your choice of barbeque bacon & turkey, pesto Parmesan, chipotle roast beef, Canadian bacon & roasted red pepper; 40 to 45 per tray.  
Quiche Medallions (served hot) $80 per pan
  Our popular quiche prepared in medallion-sized servings in your choice of Adam’s veggie quiche, Brian’s meaty quiche, or our special Mediterranean quiche; 35 to 40 per pan.
